Counter Strike 1.6 Overview
Counter-Strike is a target-based first-person shooter video game. There are two groups—the Terrorists and the Counter Terrorists—in the game to finish objectives, for example, securing an area to plant or defuse a bomb and rescuing or guarding prisoners. Toward the finish of each round, players are remunerated, depending on their performance with in-game currency to spend on increasingly amazing weapons in the subsequent objectives.
Winning rounds brings about more currency than losing, and finishing objectives, for example, executing enemy players gives money rewards. Killing teammates brings about a penalty.
Game Modes
• Diffuse game mode
Time is dictated by the server on which you play. Terrorist’s group must arrive at where they can plant and initiate C4 explosive bomb. If they effectively plant the bomb, the Counter-Terrorist’s group must defuse the bomb. If the former group effectively plants bomb on A or B areas and C4 detonates, they get 3 personal points. If Counter-Terrorist effectively defuses bomb, the get 3 personal points as well.
• Counter Game mode
This mode allows Counter-Terrorist’s team to rescue hostages from the Terrorist’s team. You can reach a place where standing hostages, access any of the hostages individually. Just press the E key and lead all hostages to the rescue zone.
• Assassination game mode
This mode randomly selects one player of Counter-Terrorist’s team. This player gets the VIP status. CT’s team must protect the VIP member and help him reach the rescue zone. If Counter-Terrorist’s team fails to do it on a specific period of time or the Terrorist’s team kills the VIP member, the round will be over. The terrorist team wins the match and they get one point of the game.
• Custom mode
You can customize your game with this mode. The main objective is to eliminate the enemies. One of the enemy’s team players killing guarantees a personal point.
